A planned development, Angler Mountain Ranch incorporates a mix of 120 townhomes & duplexes, and 105 single family homesites, about a tenth of which have yet to be developed. Lakes and ponds are a big part of the neighborhood as is the close proximity of the gold medal fishing waters of the Blue River. Views of Buffalo Mountain and the Gore Range are spectacular, and with the nearby bike path, it's an easy ride in to Silverthorne. Trailheads to the national forest start right here in Angler Mountain Ranch.
